Programs

Take a look at some of the programs that we have to help indiviuals and families live a happier and more comfortable life.

LHJ Goal Assistance Programme

The GAP 500 Club is a goal assistance programme, established to help persons who are faced with difficult socio-economic challenges which require urgent cash injection.

Primary School Transition Programme

For many children, great expectations and hope of a bright and new beginning, soon turn to loneliness, lack of confidence and a sense that they do not belong. Many, also, experience bullying during the transitioning year.

Shelter Project

“Somewhere to Lay my Head” is a shelter project for displaced families, many of whom reside in places that are deemed uninhabitable, with no sanitary conveniences.

LHJ Economic Partnership Programme

In an effort to improve the social and economic status of our most needy Jamaican Families, Living Hope Jamaica has embarked on a special economic partnership programme to address the basic needs of families in the lower socio-economic sector.

How You Can Help

Hunger Relief

Food insecurity or hunger can result in a number of negative consequences on the general health of a society, with our children being the most vulnerable. Hunger relief is the effort to provide food for people in Jamaica who are not getting enough to eat on a daily basis.

Volunteer

Volunteers are the lifeblood of the organization. Without them we cannot accomplish our mission to transform families and improve lives.
